K.C. Ollila
Director of Events
KC is in her second stint with Spectrum Sports Management having worked for three years primarily in our timing business, she rejoins the team as the Director of Events overseeing the planning, budgeting, client relationship and management of the roster of Spectrum Sports Management events. KC’s primary background for the past 12 years has been in the operations and planning of events, in her current role she will assume the direct oversight of all events and event staff.
KC will oversee the management of our team of professional Event Staff; the budgeting of the events; and the vendor bidding and recruitment that will be specific to your event and ensure a successful outcome when we wrap up. It is important to get to know each, individual event so that we can build on that character of the event, the important messages and branding and with her leadership and the skill set of the rest of our team, your success will be assured.
KC hails from Baltimore and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, after which we moved to San Diego to work on her Masters in Sports Management which she received from San Diego State University. Working on such prestigious events as the Festival of Books; 2015 Special Olympics Summer Games in Los Angeles; AVP Pro Beach Volleyball, and a roster of professional and collegiate events, KC brings a wealth of diversified knowledge. Most recently she was heading up the promotions, special events and volunteer management at the Bob Hope USO in Ontario, California.
With her expertise in data management, budgeting and planning we are excited to have her lead our events team.
